Returns

If you’re unhappy with your spices, we offer a money back guarantee. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you are unhappy with your spices, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.


 

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).


 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
