Masala Baked Beans

Add Ghee or oil to a pan on medium heat. Add cumin heating until fragrant (approximately 1 minute).

Soften diced onion and garlic for 3 minutes or so.

Add the turmeric, coriander and a pinch of chilli. Stirring until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, beans, salt, vinegar and sugar, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring regularly.

Serve on a thick slice of toast (ideally smothered in butter).
