Spiced Hummus

Toast the coriander seeds and black peppercorns in a dry frying pan over a medium heat and leave to cool. Grind the toasted seeds in a spice grinder or pestle and mortar. Drain the chickpeas and add to a food processor along with the lemon, tahini, salt and toasted and ground coriander seeds and black pepper. With the food processor still running, add ice cold water until the hummus has a texture to your liking. Add the olive oil and chilli powder before stopping the food processor.
