Spiced Butter Porridge

To make the spiced butter, combine the softened butter with the cinnamon and cardamom seeds. Wrap in parchment and keep in the fridge.

To make the porridge, add the oats and milk, along with 200ml water to a pan. Add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp brown sugar, cook low and slow until creamy.

Place the porridge into a bowl, top with slices of pear and fig, drizzle with tahini, and scatter over some mixed seeds.

Finally, for ultimate decadent touch, place a quenelle of butter on top.
